Products and Contract Services

GPCRs

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are proteins possessing seven cell membrane-spanning domains with extracellular ligand binding sites for specific molecules. Interactions with those sites result in modulation of signal transduction pathways involving second messengers such as cAMP, inositol phosphate or calcium which is ultimately translated into cellular responses and gene expression. G protein-coupled receptors are involved in many diseases and are targeted therapeutically by half of all modern medicinal drugs.

CDAS offers services in both Biochemical and Functional screening assay modes.  In each of these screening modes, we provide a suite of contract services to enable the researcher a means of quickly achieving hit identification, lead optimization, and liability studies.

GPCRBinding

GPCRBinding is CDAS' suite of products aimed at assisting you in identifying hits and optimizing leads through PROFILEing, IC50 determination, and HTS campaigns.

GPCRFunctional

GPCRFunctional is CDAS' suite of product services aimed at assisting you with the option to have primary screening, including HTS,  or biochemical follow-up testing done in a cell-based assay format in over 120 available assays.
