General SEP Explorer

The General SEP Explorer (GenSEP Explorer) panel contains a total of 112 in vitro assay targets carefully selected to assess drugs/chemicals biological activities. Assay categories include GPCRs, Voltage-Gated Ion Channels, Ligand-Gated Ion Channels, Neurotransmitter transporters, Nuclear Receptors and Steroids as well as a diverse set of biochemical targets including Phosphodiesterases, Kinases and other relevant enzymes. 

Short Assay Protocols (SAP's)  for each assay including complete information on assay format, components, pharmacology of reference drugs and target literature information can be accessed from the assay list below.

Add a Metobolic assay panel of the most relevant CYP450 assays to GenSEP Explorer.  Select among our CYP Basic (6 targets), CYP Regulatory (17 targets) or CYP Explorer (31 targets) panels.
