ProfilerPro Glycan Profiling Kit
The new ProfilerPro Glycan Profiling Screening Assay designed for the LabChip GXII microfluidic system provides a fast, economically efficient means to assess the main glycoforms of IgG and related proteins. Caliper offers a complete set of 96 well plates and microfluidic assay components to enable the rapid digestion, dyeing, and identification of main glycans (N-Glycans) (charged glycans) in the Fc region of recombinant monoclonal antibodies (mAb).
The ProfilerPro Glycan Profiling Screening Assay is 60-70% faster, and 10-60% less expensive than competing technologies. Profiling of 96 samples can be performed in as little as half of a day.
