Brighter cell lines labeled with GFP and Luciferase
Bioware Ultra Green cells are dual labeled with GFP and luciferase. These dual labeled cell lines allow for detection of cells both in vivo and ex vivo analysis.
Bioware Ultra Green dual labeled cell lines used in conjunction with Caliper’s biophotonic imaging technology offer unique opportunities to measure cell growth and metastasis in a variety of models.
• Monitor early tumor development and detect micrometastases sooner
• Ex vivo cell isolation using fluorescent activated cell sorter (FACS)
• Post genomic analyses of isolated tumor cells.
• Immunohistochemistry detection of GFP positive cells
All Bioware Ultra Green cell lines from Caliper Life Sciences meet the highest standards and are confirmed to be pathogen free. The in vitro growth rate of these cell lines is similar to their parental cell lines and the stability of luciferase and GFP expression is tested for a minimum of 4 weeks.
